On Friday, March 25th at roughly 6:30PM Rome Time, Pope Francis will consecrate Russia and Ukraine, along with the entire world, to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.  This Act of Consecration will be done in union with the worldwide body of bishops.  Additionally, all the faithful (cleric, religious, and lay) have been invited to also recite the prayer of consecration.  The text of the prayer can be found in this Vatican News article.  If you would like to participate virtually, in real time, with Pope Francis on March 25th, you will find the video via the Vatican News YouTube Channel beginning at 10:00AM Mountain Time, with the Act of Consecration actually beginning at roughly 11:30AM Mountain Time.

Bishop Warfel will be absent from the diocese on March 25th.  In preparation for this, he conducted the Act of Consecration at St. Ann’s Cathedral in Great Falls, MT on Monday, March 21st.  He, and other bishops, will be participating in the Act of Consecration on March 25th at Holy Name Cathedral in the Archdiocese of Chicago.  Additionally, Bishop Warfel has invited all people of the Diocese of Great Falls-Billings to participate in the Act of Consecration at some point on March 25th.

Let us all pray for peace through the intercession of Our Lady’s Immaculate Heart.
