Catholic Social Services of Montana Seeks Executive Director

Catholic Social Services of Montana has announced the retirement of their Executive Director, and has begun the search for her replacement.

Catholic Social Services of Montana centers advocacy, pastoral outreach, and education around social justice issues. The Executive Director, is responsible for creating a supporting environment to enhance Catholic social teaching throughout the state of Montana.

The Executive Director collaborates with the board of Directors to identify, create and implement strategic plans around Catholic social teaching;  identifies, recruits, trains and develops a talented team of employees to manage business functions; monitors operations and ensures employees and business practices comply with regulatory and legal requirements; develops the organizational culture and promotes transparency and collaboration throughout Catholic Social Services and in connection with the Dioceses of Great Falls Billings and Helena; develops partnerships with community stakeholders and Catholic entities;  identifies potential sources of investment and organizes fundraising efforts.  All resumes should be sent to HR@diocesehelena.org.  This position will remain open until filled with a first look on February 28, 2022.
